New paper… new brush….

Bought (probably rather too many) some sheets of very rough paper as an experiment…¬†Couldn’t get a straight line but I suspect my washes were too thin. Next time try thicker… Lovely squirrel brush though. Advertisements

Autumn colour

The Acer we bought as a twig is now an 8 foot tree with amazing colours in the autumn. One day early this week I felt compelled to paint this. Dashed it off standing by the kitchen sink.
